In January, I wrote an article called “New Year’s Resolutions vs Goal Setting”. Well, we’re now a few months into 2014. How is your year going so far? Are you achieving the goals you set for yourself in January? If you’re like most people, in fact about 92% according to Forbes.com, your New Year’s goals may have been pushed to the back burner by the day to day busyness of your life. As human beings, we’re creatures of habit and we program these habits, sometimes consciously, most times unconsciously, into our brains. When life gets hectic, our natural response is to go back to doing things the way we are in the habit of doing, in the way our brain is programed to do things. However, just the way bad or non-supportive habits get programed into our brains, new, supportive habits can be put in there, too, to help us work toward and achieve success.
