It’s important to appreciate that grief can be a result of any type of loss:
- the ending of a relationship
- having your best friend move away or you move away
- a change in job or having the company your work for be bought out by someone else so that work isn’t familiar anymore
- and of course, it can be because someone you loved has passed
The last type of grief is what I want to address in this EFT Tapping Meditation today. Earlier this year, I had two friends pass one month apart from each other. As a stress and bodymind health expert & Certified EFT Practitioner, I have many tools in my tool kit. EFT is one I used extensively to help deal with my grief.
