I want to show you how to use EFT to stop procrastinating. We’ve all experienced it and we’ve all come up with creative ways to avoid doing what we need to be doing. Things like “I think I’ll scrub the kitchen floor with a toothbrush” as a way to avoid balancing your books at month end. Or calling up a friend when you should be cleaning up your home office. Or zoning out on Netflix when you really should be exercising.

And actually, procrastination is more complicated than it appears. If you really get down to it, there’s usually something else that’s holding you back. Is it fear of failure, fear of success, fear of being criticized? We’ll explore that further in the video.

What I want to help you with in this EFT tapping meditation is to start releasing some of the resistance you’re feeling. Then you can take a step toward doing what you’re putting off doing. Just taking one step can help you break through the procrastination paralysis and create some momentum! It can also help increase your productivity and focus.
