In this video I’m going to show you how to use EFT to deal with fear. There is always a lot of fear in the world. The challenge now is that the news media also has social media reach through various platforms that weren’t around 10 or 20 years ago. Also, technology has changed dramatically. From tablets to smart phones and watches, now we have portable 24/7 access to any and all news, good or bad, through multiple avenues – the internet, social media apps, emails, video chats, etc. Currently, the world has never experienced the level of fear and panic that is going on right now.

In this tapping video, I discuss the difference between healthy and unhealthy fear. I explain what negativity bias is and how, while it may have saved our ancestors, it can really harm us now if we don’t understand it and know what to do with it. I also share a Traditional Chinese Medicine perspective on so-called negative emotions, including fear. 

Then, of course, I lead you through an Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) tapping video to help you deal with fear.
