In this Tapping video I want to show you how to use EFT to deal with physical pain. Whether you just sprained your ankle or whether you’re dealing with a chronic pain issue, research shows that EFT can help to alleviate physical pain. *Be sure to see a licensed health care practitioner to get a proper diagnosis of your pain. And remember, EFT is a powerful self-care tool but it’s not intended to replace previously prescribed treatment.
EFT Can Help Lower Physical Pain
Pain takes the fun out of life. Chronic pain is also very expensive. In the United States it’s estimated about 100 million people deal with chronic pain and it costs around $635 billion a year in medical costs, lost time at work and lower wages. However, research done in 2011 (Church & Brooks) showed that EFT was able to reduce pain by 68%! I use EFT myself to deal with minor aches and pains. I’ve also seen how powerful it is working with clients, including seeing clients with severe chronic arthritis have their pain go from 8 out of 10 to 2 out of 10 after just a one hour session! In this video I show you how to use EFT to deal with physical pain. EFT is a powerful self-care tool to have in your tool kit!
