I recently had the privilege of being a guest on The Language of Healing TV/Radio Show. Host, Dr. Nicole Fortin, is a dear friend of mine. In addition to being a Doctor of Acupuncture, she’s also an Emotional Wisdom Training Specialist, coaching and supporting many people around the world.

The Language of Healing TV/Radio Show is dedicated to interviewing experts in a variety of healing approaches. Nicole addresses body, mind and spiritual health issues. The focus in this episode is on why your limiting beliefs (like “I have to do it all or it won’t get done”, for example) may be stressing you out – and what you can do about it!

For example, she’s done advanced acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine training in China and lived in New Zealand. It’s so great that Nicole is now sharing her knowledge and experience with the world through her show!
