So, do you have all your goals set? Do you have action plans in place for each of them? Have you decided which one you’re going to focus on first?

If the answer to these Q’s is “Yes!”, good for you!

If the answer is “No, not even close!”, no worries!

There’s no rule that says you have to have it all figured out by Jan 1. In fact, now that the Holiday rush is over, this is a great time to make time to reflect on what you really want!

As a Success Mindset Coach & Canfield Success Trainer, I encourage my clients and students to go through an exercise where you decide what you want in 8 areas of your life and why you want it.

While there’s a lot of energy (and hype) around starting the New Year and it being a great time to change your life, here’s the deal…

What most people don’t realize is that any day is a good day to make positive changes in your life. In fact, you have this opportunity 365 days of the year! 366 if it’s a Leap Year!

So, whether you’ve got your goals set for this year or not, I invite you to take your time!

Take your time and use your intuition to decide which goals you want to set in 8 different areas of your life: bodymind health, relationships, business/career, financial, spiritual, personal, community and legacy.

Take your time in deciding which goal you really want to focus on first.

If you’re needing help to gain clarity, here are some journal prompts for you:

  • If there were no limitations, what would I really want my life to be like?
  • Why do I want this goal? Is this really my goal or someone else’s?
  • What’s the upside to achieving/manifesting this goal?
  • What’s the downside to achieving/manifesting this goal?
  • What’s already working well in my life?
  • What am I grateful for?
