Hi! I’m Dr. Jen and welcome to my website! Let me introduce myself. As a stress and bodymind health expert, Certified Canfield Success Trainer and Success Coach, I help heart-centered entrepreneurs and professionals stress less and manifest more through my live and online courses, keynote presentations, books (including an international best seller with Jack Canfield) and free membership website. I also love success mindset coaching and empowering my clients to break through blocks that are holding them back.

For more than 35 years, I’ve also worked in healthcare as a Certified Athletic Therapist (1989-2022. In 2023 I received the Canadian Athletic Therapists Association Member Emerita Award for my contributions to Athletic Therapy, especially for the professional development courses I created and taught across Canada), Chiropractor and Certified BodyTalk Practitioner, helping my patients overcome stress and bodymind health issues. For more than two decades I’ve been an educator creating and delivering live professional development courses, as well as teaching at universities and colleges. In fact, it was my years of one-on-one and small group work that inspired me to launch my online business. I wanted to reach more people to empower them to go from their Stressed Self to Best Self™!

In 2005, I came across Jack Canfield and Janet Switzer’s NY Times best seller, The Success Principles: How to get from where you are to where you want to be. After following Jack (considered to be America’s #1 Success Coach) for a number of years, I had the opportunity to complete extensive online training with him to become a Certified Canfield Trainer of The Success Principles. I also certified with The Success Coach Institute.  

In 2015, I published my first book called Stressed Self to Best SelfTM: A Body Mind Spirit Guide to Creating a Happier and Healthier You. That same year I also co-authored a book with Jack Canfield (you might also know him as the co-creator of the Chicken Soup for the Soul books that set records on the NY Times best seller list), called The Soul of Success: The World’s Leading Entrepreneurs and Professionals Reveal Their Core Strategies for Getting to the Heart of Health, Wealth and Success, Vol. 1. A number of years ago I discovered Emotional Freedom Techniques aka EFT Tapping. I was so impressed by the results I was seeing in my own life, plus the solid research, that I became a Certified EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) Practitioner! Uniquely combining my own work as a stress and bodymind health expert with powerful success strategies allows me to teach heart-centered entrepreneurs and professionals how to overcome stress barriers, create optimal brain functioning and resilience, plus build a success mindset. All of these things are essential to make the life and business you’re dreaming about a reality!

But, believe it or not, being a stress and bodymind health expert, success trainer and mindset coach doesn’t mean I’m immune to stress! Like everyone, I’ve experienced some big challenges in both my personal and professional life. I’ve had to deal with the sudden loss of family members, as well as navigate the ups and down of helping a family member who had a chronic debilitating illness. I’ve also experienced career and financial struggles, relationship stress and health issues. One year I experienced many of these things all at the same time!

However, these life challenges also inspire and motivate me to learn new and powerful techniques to help me overcome my own obstacles. All the techniques, tools and strategies I teach, write and talk about, I’ve used and have benefited from personally. I believe in walking my talk! Paying it Forward:

Even though my family didn’t have a lot of money when I was growing up, helping others through “time, talent & treasure” was always important. It continues to be a core value for me today. I’d like to share 3 of my favorite charities with you.

1. Two dear friends of mine helped create and build The Bridge Hospice. There wasn’t a hospice anywhere close to their community. They saw a need, took action and as a result have provided loving, peaceful quality end of life care to many.
