Dr. Jen Harrison’s life purpose is to inspire and empower entrepreneurs and professionals to be happier, healthier and more successful in all areas of their life. As a stress and bodymind health expert, success trainer and coach, she helps people transform through her live and online courses, keynote presentations, her books (including an international best seller with Jack Canfield), membership website, and of course, coaching.

For more than 30 years, Dr. Jen has worked in healthcare as a Certified Athletic Therapist, Chiropractor and Certified BodyTalk Practitioner, helping her patients overcome stress and bodymind health issues. She’s also been an educator creating and delivering live professional development courses across Canada, as well as teaching at universities and colleges. In fact, it was her years of one-on-one and small group work that inspired Dr. Jen to find new ways to reach more people to empower them to go from their Stressed Self to Best Self™!

Dr. Jen is also a Certified EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) Practitioner. She also completed extensive online training with Jack Canfield (considered to be America’s #1 Success Coach) to become a Certified Canfield Trainer of The Success Principles, as well as certifying with The Success Coach Institute. As you may have guessed, Dr. Jen is the only person in the world with her training and qualifications. Uniquely combining her own work as a stress and bodymind health expert with powerful success tools and strategies allows Dr. Jen to teach entrepreneurs and professionals how they can overcome stress barriers, create optimal brain functioning and resilience, plus build a success mindset! All of these things are essential to make the life and business you’re dreaming about a reality!

In 2015, she published her first book called Stressed Self to Best Self™: A Body Mind Spirit Guide to Creating a Happier and Healthier You. She also co-authored a book with Chicken Soup for the Soul co-creator and NY Times best selling author, Jack Canfield, called The Soul of Success: The World’s Leading Entrepreneurs and Professionals Reveal Their Core Strategies for Getting to the Heart of Health, Wealth and Success, Vol. 1. Dr. Jen, like everyone, has experienced stress in both her personal and professional life. She’s had to deal with the sudden loss of family members, as well as dealing with a family member who had a chronic debilitating illness.
