You acknowledge and agree that by giving this consent, you completely waive and forfeit your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal and refund once the download or access has begun.
Membership Subscriptions (If you later decide to offer any)
For recurring membership subscriptions, if you exercise your statutory EU right of withdrawal within the first 14 days of your initial enrollment, you agree to pay a proportional, pro-rata amount for the exact number of days the membership access was active before your cancellation request was received.
